"The location was great, the windows of the room was not adequate. Only one of 3 windows could be open and when you open thw window /thwre was no acxess to walk from the bed. The AC was none existance and on 49F temp evening the room was 73F inside! They switch us to another room at 11pm, but temp was probably 70f blowing hot air . Their Wify was Very Slow!"

"Only stayed for one night due to late flight. Staff were very friendly.We were picked up from the airport with in minute of calling which was great. Apartment looked good and well equipped. Coffee table was damaged this didn't matter to us but it cheapened the look of a very nice apartment I think it would have been better had it be removed. Apartment was clean and beds were comfy. It was extremely hot when we stayed. We struggled with no Aircon and only one fan so slept with balcony doors...

"I like these apartments, they are an easy walk from the station. They are simple but smartly done. The sound proofing on the windows is excellent and if you are in a room at the front of the building you need it. The TV reception is a bit sketchy for the foreign channels but the WiFi is good enough to watch things on your own devices. "

"Was really a great experience staying here. Checked in early with no problem and accommodation was very clean and neat. Everything we needed was there. "Die Wohnung war von innen völlig in Ordnung - Möbel , Bodenbeläge, sonstige Einrichtung waren okay ! Die Lage war halt direkt an der Ortsdurchfahrt - der sehr kleine Balkon lag quasi fast über dieser ! Anhand der Bilder hatten wir das halt nicht erwartet ! Das Haus sah von außen verboten aus - rund herum Unkraut und Müll !! Auf keinen Fall nochmal !!!!!"

"The hotel is in an excellent location for travel in and out of Basel Bahnhof, and walking around central Basel. Service and the buffet breakfast are both very good. I had a cosy single room with thick window glazing to block most noise from the street below. I did not experience internal noise from other guests and slept well. The choice of eating options at the hotel and in it’s immediate vicinity is limited but there are great cafes and restaurants a short tram ride or a 10 minute away."
