The property is a bit outdated. The water didn’t flow easily in the showers. The cable didn’t work. Breakfast was good but a bit pricey for the area. The staff were very accommodating and helpful!

Let me start by saying that property is far and hidden from downtown. Once checked in, we discovered there was no hot water. They stated pump was broken and they could not guarantee it being fixed anytime soon, this mid January. In addition, both night stand lamps did not work, phone in room did not work, had to walk across the resort to contact staff, who’s solution was to shower in the spa area which was not close to us. When we inspected the jacuzzi, it was broken and they stated our reservation did not include one, even though we had access to it. Upon immediately checking out to find a place with hot water, they stated to contact Expedia for resolution, upon contacting Expedia they referred me to the hotel and no one accepted responsibility. $176 for one night folks.

Aire acondicionado goteando en la habitación, falta de mantenimiento en el cuarto, internet muy malo, pedí una tarjeta extra (llave) para la habitación y no tenían, falta mayor funigación, un alacrán por la noche en el pasillo del cuarto, al segundo día no repusieron shampoo ni aguas. En fin demasiados detalles para el costo y estatus que pretende tener.

La relacion de lo que pagas por lo que ofrece la propiedad esta fatal, el hotel es demasiado caro para lo que te ofrece el cuarto donde te quedas y la propiedad en general. ya esta un poco descuidado y viejos los cuartos. el wifi es fatal en los cuartos no hay , terrible

¡Pésima experiencia! Definitivamente no vale lo que cuesta. A las instalaciones les falta muchísimo mantenimiento por donde lo veas y eso hace que se vea sucio y descuidado. La alberca súper sucia y pedimos limpiarla y lo hicieron justo en momentos de uso, por lo que pudimos usarla poco. El segundo día hicieron mantenimiento y nos dejaron sin agua, tuvimos que recorrer todo el hotel para irnos a bañar al spa, donde el agua estaba helada y salía sólo un chorrito de agua. no podíamos ir al baño, lavarnos los dientes, etc. pedimos cambio de habitación a una recámara con agua y nos dieron una más chica de lo que pagamos, aún más descuidada y no pudimos sacar las cosas de las maletas por qué al cuarto se metían cucarachas y a la cama se subían las hormigas. La comida del hotel horrible, las cartas sucias, los manteles rotos, y los precios altos. La caja fuerte no servía, la puerta no cerraba y mientras estábamos en la habitación se abría a cada rato, en general una experiencia fatal. Sin duda no regresaría. Si aún no has reservado, no lo hagas, puede que en las fotos se vea bien, pero no es así en la realidad.

el precio pagado alto, sobre habitación sin teléfono, sin mantenimiento, la llave electrónica sin abrir, faltaban pilas, la puerta sin pasador e hinchada con tremendo ruido para cerrar, sin instructivo para usar la televisión, la regadera sin presión y para tener agua caliente tiene que salir demasiada agua, total un abandono de la administración al mantenimiento, deben bonificarme sobre lo que pagué, es una vergüenza, estoy pulsando si acudo a la Procuraduría del Consumidor a demandar.

Es un lugar muy lindo, el personal muy amable pero si tuve un inconveniente ya que solicité toallas y nunca las llevaron. La comida es muy buena pero en mi opinión si es muy caro el restaurante. La alberca en la noche no está iluminada, por lo que sería muy bueno por lo menos coloquen un foco.
