Very good stay to get to know the area.

Stay was good. Staff was friendly and supportive. Room was clean with a lot of space, and a comfortable bed. Jacuzzi was a bit small for my wife and I (even that we are average height). Restaurant was good, both in service, food quality and price. The only akward thing happened when some kind of boss (without uniform) yelled at a poor guy for not serving us when we took a seat in an area where we were not expecting to be served (we were in that area just to have our daily rosary prayer, but I had the idea of getting a dessert before that because the options in the restaurant where we had our lunch were not tasty). Pool area was very nice. Spa was also nice. Front desk got us in touch with a taxi driver that took us to a lot of nearby places (Cacahuamilpa, Hacienda Vista Hermosa, Xochicalco, Jardines de Mexico, Cuernavaca), at a good rate (considering the time and distances spent). It was nice the hotel was not crowded, so I don’t know how it would be in such cases.

La atención del hotel por parte del personal es de primer nivel, en el restaurante, en el spa, súper recomendado. El hotel ya es viejo peeeero se nota que le dan bastante mantenimiento. Definitivamente regresaremos.

Rentamos la Suite con jacuzzi, y el jacuzzi estaba demasiado sucio, en la alberca pedimos un menú para tomar bebidas y nunca lo llevaron. El lugar es muy lindo. Y lo mejor de todo es la alberca chiquita con agua caliente.

Las instalaciones son muy bellas, aunque en algunos casos falta un poco de mantenimiento. La habitación estaba muy agradable y en general la atención y servicio fue bueno, solo el segundo día alguien del personal quiso abrir la habitación sin razón alguna y solo dijo que iba a verificar que “todo estaba bien”, aunque no había razones para hacerlo, no había pedido nada del room service y aún faltaban varias horas para hacer el check out. Esa situación sí hizo un poco incómodo el final de mi estancia. Fuera de eso todo estuvo muy bien.

Muy buena experiencia

El hotel aunque tiene sus años está muy limpio, las camas super comodas y el servicio inmejorable. La atencion de todas las personas del hotel fue extraordinaria, fue cumpleaños de mi hermana y tuvieron el detalle de llevarle pastel sin que nadie de la mesa les dijera nada. Todo el personal muy atento a que la experiencia fuera comfortable. Ademas la calidad de los alimentos superó mis expectativas. Definitivamente volvería.
