Admittedly the room itself wasn’t a five star room but everything else about the hotel is five star. The main contributing factor for me is the staffs. They work tirelessly to ensure that every visit to their hotel is worthwile. The city is walkable from this location. Everything is on your doorstep. If I have one tip, it would be to venture out a little bit whenever you are ready to eat. The best restaurants are a little bit further outside this cluster.

The hotel is very well located, walkable to many of the main local sites, shopping areas, and bars and restaurants, but far enough away to be peaceful. The hotel itself is clean, breakfasts lovely, and staff very friendly and accomodating. Two things which could be better:
1. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room
2. A hotel bar open to guests at least on friday and saturday nights.
Overall we loved our visit and would highly recommend staying here.

"Positives : great location in a beautiful park, very quiet place; buffet dinner included (which I wasn't aware of making the reservation); big superior room with a fridge. Negatives : no air conditioning in the room, the SPA very basic, the swimming pool very shallow and basic, jacuzzi with no massage ..."
