Overpriced, but decent facilities. The room was generally pretty clean, but I was a bit shocked at some dark material smeared on the bathroom wall near the door...not sure what it was, but I was able to clean it up, myself, fairly easily.

Decepção na estadia em Teresina - Hotel Uchoa
Foi péssima, pagamos por quarto superior com cama king e nos deram quarto standard com cama queen. O hotel sequer se preocupou em corrigir isto. Restaurante com cardapio faltando varios pratos. Pessoal da recepcao antipaticos e não fazem questão de auxiliar os hospedes.

Melhorar o atendimento ao hospede
Tivemos um problema de vazamento de agua do ar condicionado na cama, o cofre nao fucioanava e um vazamento na ducha do banheiro. Na troca de quarto nao tivemos qualquer auxilio na mudanca de quarto pelos fucnionarios. Nao gostei tambem do atendimento em geral com excecao da funcionaria que preparava o cafe da manha (omeletes, tapiocas, etc).

Já me hospedei neste hotel por várias vezes nos últimos anos mas, infelizmente, a estrutura física dos quartos está se deteriorando. Cheguei às 2 da manhã, depois de uma viagem longa e cansativa de 12 horas de duração e o que me esperava era uma cama horrível, com colchão extremamente gasto e já com afundamento e um ar condicionado velho que tinha pouca eficiência, logo em Teresina que é uma das capitais mais quentes do Brasil. Decepção. Não me hospedarei mais no Uchoa
