"We liked this property. We were just staying one night on our travels. We had the recently renovated room which I think was the only one done so far. The room was small but lovely. "Hotel is known for its spa, which we didn’t use, but its close proximity to the Villa d’Este in Tivoli and the regional train to Rome is a huge plus. "I found the property to be very clean and regularly served by house keeping. My only gripe is the on-arrival process which needs some work. There is no easy access to the apartments when out of hours and the meeting new resident policy is near non existent. We arrived at 12 noon still finding it difficult. If it weren’t for helpful neighbouring apartment managers we would not have been able to access the apartment complex. "
