"This home is a little peace of heaven. When we arrived, we parked in the car area, walked up the stone steps through a beautiful arch, and made our way to our apartment. "This is a beautiful property. The buildings and surrounding countryside. The outdoor amenities are terrific with a large pool and a jetted smaller pool (cold water). The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was small and utilitarian and the bed was too hard for our liking. We are dinner and breakfast there and both meals were good (especially the cooked breakfast). The only downside of the property is that it is aging and in need of updating and maintenance. We still enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as a relaxing away from the crowd getaway. "

Spacious and spotless rooms

"We were very pleased with the hotel. Rooms are spacious and private - each room has a private entrance in a "condo/townhome" type of setting. Our room was large with a balcony and french doors in the bedroom and bathroom. Nespresso machine with coffee pods in the room too. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the service impeccable. The hotel also has top notch restaurant if you don't feel like driving to town one night."
