"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

The location is great as it is a five minute drive from nice beaches and restaurants etc. However, the cleaning fee is absurd and costs as much as a nights accommodation. This is even more of a joke after you’re expected to virtually clean and tidy the entire cabin before you leave. We were told 35€ Would be the cleaning fee on the phone however were then charged 65."

"Als wir ankamen mussten wir erstmal den korrekten Eingang suchen, wo der Schlüsselkasten sich befand. Als wir ins Objekt reingingen waren alle Wände verschimmelt. Dieses Objekt würde ich auf gar keinen Fall weiterempfehlen."

Excellent, very friendly and helpfulreceptionists!

"The staff went above and beyond to fullfil all my needs. The temperature in the room was rather cold (very cold weather outside) and I couldn't figure out how the air con works. The receptionist listened to me carefully and then then sent someone to only adjust the temperature in the room but left an additional heating unit in my room should if I need it. the only reason I gave 4 starts for comfort was the noise from outside. The location is central and I had a wonderful view from my room. It was just a bit loud. Maybe should have brought earplugs. Apart from that, both receptionists I had the pleasure of talking to were extremely welcoming, nice and polite. Really appreciate it, thank you! :)"

It ended up being ideally located, especially its proximity to the parking garage. The exit door from the garage is literally across the street (literally a few steps since it isn't a wide street) from the entrance to the hotel! The hotel room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, there was a kitchenette in the room, and it was close enough to walk around the city. If you just need a place to sleep, this is just fine. It's clean, comfortable, and affordable. If you do plan on driving, be aware that the hotel is located in a "low emissions zone" so the vehicle you drive must comply or you can be fined. Google "low emissions zone" and Ghent to fully understand what this means if you plan to drive! I would definitely stay here again."
