"We loved our brief stay at this elegant hotel. We were greeted warmly by the lovely Lori and Celeste and shown to a beautiful room with stunning views. Our aperitivo in the garden was a great way to kick off the evening and breakfast was fantastic. The palazzo has been lovingly and beautifully restored. We will plan to stay longer next time. "

"very nice and cozy family house, and sweet breakfast, 2.5 € per person, reasonable price. Close to natural and fresh air. good place to get downtown to the very local life. better drive there otherwise difficult to travel. i drove, so it was pretty nice. The kind lady also gave me a bottle of her homemade blueberry jam, i love it so much !"

"This is a gem in the country.unique 1800 mansion . Superior cleanliness.Paola is the perfect host.cooks your breakfast every day! "We have stayed in Italy for our summer holidays for years but this was our first time in Terni. The house was larger than we expected and plenty big enough for us and then some. The living room has high ceilings, the kitchen very well equipped and plenty of space to sleep upstairs (three bedrooms and two shower/bathrooms) downstairs there was a games room with further beds which the kids made use off in addition to a larger bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
