The property is wel positioned to visit the most important cities of Tuscany as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena, the famous villages of Volterra and San Gimignano are only 40 Kms far away. The nearest (sand)beaches are around 35 kms from the property. The house is easily to reach if you arrive by airplane (the airport of Pisa is only at 34 Kms, while Florence's airport is 80 Kms far away). The villa lies in a very quiet position, it has a private garden and swimming pool with nice views on the surrounding hills. The whole property is for private/exclusive use of the tenant. The closest town (with grocery store and restaurant) is at walking distance (around 1km) from the property. There is a shopping center at 4 kms. The house is suitable for 6-8 persons. All the bedrooms are on the first floor. There are 2 double bedrooms and one with 2 single beds (it is possible to add a folding bed, suitable for a child, in one of the bedrooms). All the bedrooms have air conditioning. Baby cot available on request. On the ground floor there is a living room (with a double sofa bed) and a well equpped kitchen. Outdoor you will find a big porch equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue to cook. The pool is 9 by 4 meter and the depth is of 1,10 meter. The pool area has a large gazebo and it's equipped with sun loungers. The house has all the most common household appliances (DVD player, stereo/CD player, air conditioning in the whole house, Wi-fi internet connection, American coffee machine, squeezer, mixer, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, TV and SKY pay TV, hairdryers). Near the house there are 2 covered parking places.

Peace and beauty
Glorious views, wonderful pool, great house and helpful property manager. Ease of access to most of Tuscany is great. Road to property is a little narrow bath at is my only issue. The rest of it was wonderful.

Great villa, beautifully clean, large outside space, lovely pool, amazing views.
Great location, for visiting Pisa, Florence,Siena, San Gimagnano, Volterra etc. Lovely outside space with large pool, that was cleaned twice in the week, beautiful views, very peaceful. The villa was huge, with everything thing you need to make it home from home. Air conditioning and WiFi. Had a great week.

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung
Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbringen dürfen um haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt alleine auf einem Hügel und man hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Die Zufahrt zum Haus dürfte für tiefer gelegte Autos schwierig werden, ist aber mit jedem anderen Auto gut zu schaffen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist alles ausreichend vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat uns gute Dienste geleistet, wir fanden sie besonders leise. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight des Hauses, dort haben wir schöne Stunden verbracht und die Aussicht genossen. Die "Haus"-Katze, die sich dort im Außenbereich aufhält und die wir gefüttert haben, ist uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Das Haut hat auch eine sehr gute Lage, es ist nicht weit von Pisa, Livorno, Volterra und San Gimignano entfernt. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht, Garten und Pool
Das Ferienhaus steht in einer schönen Landschaft, mit den beiden Terrassen hat man immer Schatten und kann die Aussicht auf die grünen Hügel geniessen. Ideal für Familie! Zudem kann man in alle Richtungen tolle Ausflüge in die Städte der Toskana unternehmen. Herrlicher Urlaubsort!

Erholsame und schöne Ferien in der Toskana
Das Haus ist in einem sehr tollem Zustand. Auch die Umgebung mit dem Garten und dem Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Abends konten wir sogar Rehe beobachten, welche vom Haus gegenüber über die Wiese rannten. Ein sehr ländlicher und friedlicher Ort! Der Service liess keine Wünsche übrig. Es war sehr sauber, der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt und in der Ferienmitte (nach einer Woche), wurden unsere Betten frisch bezogen, es gab frische Hand- und Duschtücher sowie wurde auch eine Reinigung vorgenommen. Herr Antonelli war sehr freundlich und hilsbereit. Wir verbrachten zwei herrliche Wochen!

Bellissima vacanza
Abbiamo affittato per tre settimane questa casa. Dal vivo la casa è ancora più bella rispetto alle foto e la posizione è fantastica. La casa è molto pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. È molto spaziosa . La piscina molto bella. Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e accogliente. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l'agenzia. Ci è dispiaciuto molto dover andare via!!

Vraiment dépaysant, très beau séjour
La maison est vraiment posée dans un cadre magnifique. Elle a vraiment du charme. Le propriétaire est très gentil et à l'écoute. Les seules critiques : le chemin d'accès est un peu difficile , il vaut mieux ne pas avoir une voiture de sport , mais avec une voiture normale ca passe si on roule doucement. A savoir aussi : pas mal de moustiques le soir à la tombée de la nuit, il vaut mieux se protéger surtout les enfants. Mais à la campagne c'est souvent comme cela. On ne se lasse jamais du coucher de soleil chaque soir magnifique.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Das Objekt liegt oben auf einer Anhöhe umgeben von Weinanbauten. Der Weg von der Straße bis dorthin ist wirklich abenteuerlich, für tiefer gelegte Autos keine Chance. Schlafzimmer sind alle oben ziemlich aneinander und hellhörig. Bad unten und oben, Zustand super. Klimaanlagen liefen ohne Probleme. Küche unten gut ausgestattet, wobei Besteck für größer sechs knapp war, tgl. reinigen somit nötig. Kaffeemaschine wurde auf Bitten von uns weil sehr langsam, sofort ausgewechselt. Pool wurde alle 2/3 Tage überprüft vom Besitzer, der übrigens sehr nett war. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es 5 Minuten mit Auto zu erledigen. Alle Ausflüge von dort waren von 1 bis 1 1/2 Std. erreichbar. (Pisa, Elba, Florenz, Aquapark). Allem in allem super Urlaub!

Magnifique région et maison bien située à distance respectable des points d'attractions de Toscane, qui sont nombreux ! Maison avec de grandes pièces, chambres et salle de bains spacieuses. Piscine très agréable aussi bien pour les grands que le petits.

Très belle location en pleine campagne Toscane
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette grande maison récemment rénovée avec goût et authenticité, à mon avis pas suffisamment mise en valeur par les photos présentées. Magnifique vue sur la campagne Toscane tout autour de la maison qui se situe sur une petite colline, bien éloignée des habitations alentours. Climatisation dans la pièce de vie et toutes les chambres, piscine très agréable nécessaire en plein été entretenue tous les 2 jours par le propriétaire qui parle anglais et est très sympathique. Commerces à quelques minutes en voiture et nous avons pu facilement aller visiter les superbes villes de la région (Pise, Florence, Sienne, Lucques, Volterra, San Giminiano) sont pour la plupart à moins d'une heure de route. Côté mer la Spiagge bianche juste en dessous de Rosignano est très agréable, comparable à Pampelonne à St Tropez. Rapport qualité/prix à notre avis très raisonnable pour cette location que nous recommandons fortement.
