Spent 5 nights at this hotel and when arriving we were surprisingly upgraded to a bigger room with a shared swimming pool and a huge terrace with our own sun beds. Very quiet at the end of the corridor.
The facility closest to the beach feels modern and clean. The rooms (at least ours) was aged and a bit outdated. Yes it was satisfactory clean.
We chose All inclusive and the variety and themes were really good. Lots of gluten free options, and also the kitchen could make other dishes upon request.
We didn’t use the pool area since we had our own, but it was quite small and guests took beds way before opening.
The private beach with umbrellas was nice, but the waves were too high to safely swim but the beach guards were good at monitoring and looking out for the guests.

We loved our stay. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is helpful. The pools are amazing (although a bit cold in the low season). The facilities are in great condition. We couldn’t have asked for more from this hotel!

All the staff are very friendly. Resort felt very safe and the dining experience was great. We're vegetarians and we never left feeling hungry. Slot has to be booked for the steam room and sauna. Which is great, as you're not then sitting awkwardly with strangers. Loved all the personal touches.

"My room had a beautiful view of the Ocean and the light house. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The Venetian harbor is at a short walking distance but the hotel is in a quiet area. Breakfast was one of the best of our trip. Overall and excellent hotel"
