"The location was superb, the restaurant was very good, and the maid service was excellent. However the HVAC unit in our room was terrible. The compressor ran constantly even after we turned the unit off. It was so noisy it was hard to sleep. Maintenance came but could not resolve the issue. The front desk staff did give us complimentary breakfast for our stay as compensation."

"This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in- and I have stayed in many 4-5 star hotels all over the country. A large part of the pleasure of staying at this hotel was the waitstaff. The hotel was clean and comfortable with no issues. The staff made you feel like you were the only person they had to care for. Will stay there every time I go to Santa Fe in the future."
