Efficient check in , and recommendations for a place to eat and drink with a voucher. Helpful information on travel etc. to visit sights. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, buffet style. Hot drinks and water available all day free of charge. Easy walk from the station, and walkable to all areas of interest we wanted to visit. Only down size is some noise from street cleaners in the early hours, but nothing can be done about...

The room had a locked ajoining door to another room which at 3am had a noisy guest talking on their phone after a night out. TV had a poor signal and coffee machine didnt work. That said, staff were great, hotel beautiful but just spoilt by an inconsiderate guest."
