House in Moraira, Ideally Situated, Very quiet, Well kept decoration, Large terrace, Close to beach and town. The house is completely refurbished and in the bedrooms new beds and mattresses from 2022, Air conditioning hot/cold in all bedrooms and in the living room new for the season of 2022. The kitchen is very well equipped with direct access to the terrace and barbecue. The house is surrounded by pine trees and a very well kept garden that gives you a plus of relaxation, which comes in handy on holidays.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and respectful.
The swimming pool is strategically located, nobody can see you from anywhere, so you can sunbathe peacefully.
The house is very fresh and bright. On the terrace next to the pool there are 6 sunbeds and two sunshades and almost next to it there is a barbecue area with a table for 10 people.
With different relaxation areas in the garden so you can disconnect from the rest of the family 😄 with sunny and shady areas.
You can walk to the beach, the village and the different restaurants, shops and supermarkets, which are open every day of the week.
There is one bedroom with a bed of 1,50 x 2,00 m, and 2 other bedrooms with 2 beds each of 90 x 2 m, we allow the stay for 6 persons.
The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers. The living room has a 3-seater sofa, an armchair and 2 rocking chairs, and the dining room has a table for 8 people.
The house has gas heating with radiators, as well as hot/cold air conditioning, which makes it ideal also for winter seasons, as well as a wonderful fireplace.
IDEAL for long stays in winter, a place where you can work telematically given the speed that we have contracted wifi with fiber optics and in turn to enjoy a space surrounded by nature and a strategic point to meet different cities in Spain, for its excellent roads and highways.

NOTE: The keys are handed over by the owner. The house can be rented for long stays from 1 September to 31 May, with a special rate for long stays, we apply a discount of 25 % on the rate. In this case, the tenant is responsible for the payment of electricity and gas supplies.
The property has an independent meter for the air conditioning, for bookings of less than 28 days, the property will assume the consumption up to a total of 25kw, the rest will be paid by the traveller before leaving the house, at a rate of 0,60€/kw.
