We was greeted warmly, told that despite our short stay we should make the most of the facilities and informed of the pool and gym opening times, he even helped us when the keys were not working, and helped us find a shop when the restaurant was shut. Issues came on check out, we checked out on time. Stunning hotel; great service in a great location

"We had a beautiful one bedroom suite at the Peridot Grand. Yes, it is a luxury hotel. The entrance is grand and the lobby has beautiful decor. There are 4 reception desks so checking in and out was quick. Our room was spacious with a gorgeous marble bathroom. We loved the rooftop Skybar with an incredible view and great drinks. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of Western and Asian options. The hotel is very centrally located in the old Quarter of Hanoi and we walked everywhere. We highly recommend staying here!"
