"Personally I think Tmark is the best hotel in Vang Vieng. Lovely views of the river and mountains, clean pool, and immaculate landscaping. The staff also are friendly and helpful. Our room was plenty big for the two of us. There is a bridge being built right next to it, and I think once that project is complete, then it will really place Tmark at the top of the hotels in VV. It’s about a 3 minute drive or a 15 min walk from the hotel to the city center. "

"The location was peaceful yet stunning. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and cleaned every day and had amazing views. The breakfast options were good and food plentiful. Hosts were always very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There's nothing that we didn't like, but our advise for anyone getting there from the airport or railway station is to get a tuk tuk, rather than a shared minivan, as our shared minivan dropped us off at the wrong side...

"The good points are: 1) Nice view of the river. Both from the room and a even nicer view from a open-air viewing platform on top of the restaurant (where you eat breakf) where you can see the mountain landscape and river, with small boat carrying tourist going past. 2) Big and clean rooms. Comfy bed. Nice balcony with table and chairs for you to chill. 3) Staff were polite throughout all our interaction. Not so good points: 1) it's quite far from the main towm area where most restaurants...
