LOVE the staff and especially Quinnie. She helped us with everything. This is a GREAT location and the rooms are big with a lot of hot water. you can Walk straight out into middle of Old Hanoi and Beer Street and Water Puppet theatre, temple of Literature, are all within easy walk. Cai Mam is the best restaruant and it is 3 minutes walk. Great art shop at the bottom of Beer Street. Also had a great foot massage in the spa. HIghly recommend, it is not fancy , but it is perfect for us.

We spent two nights here before and after our cruise in Ha Long Bay. The staff was very attentive and helped us book taxi service, spa treatments, etc. Breakfast was very good with excellence service. We definitely recommend spending time at this hotel.

Property staff, Kai, Johnny, breakfast staff at the front and manager Brian was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend this location as it is centrally located and 1 block to the lake.
