"There are restaurants which might be good but we had guests under 19 that could not go through the casino to access the restaurants. Bars were lacking atmosphere, brightly lit like a bus depot. We had 4 guests and 2 complimentary bottles of water and when we asked for 1 more we were told no! Definitely not a family friendly facility! This is a place to gamble... that's it!"

"It was a good hotel stay. I’d recommend for a convenient location for NHL and NBA games. Comparing to similar hotel stays, I would recommend a bit more helpful questioning (ie. “is there anything else I can help with?”) but I’d say that is relatively minor. Hotel staff were all pleasant. Food at cafe was excellent! Staff at cafe on point! Suite was clean. Lots of amenities! Close to lots of attractions! "

"We really liked the room decor. The king size bed was quite comfortable as were the occasional chairs. The bathroom was well laid out and very clean. We liked that most of the flooring was not carpeted. Just a pretty rug in the bed area. Great shopping nearby. Although, we didn't use it we appreciated that the hotel has a restaurant. Staff were very friendly. As a safety feature your room key is needed in the elevators to access floors. We would enjoy staying there again."
