Nice hotel in the centre

The hotel is located in the very centre of Hague. All the shops and restaurants are nearby. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruits and berries. Even prosecco if you prefer that in the morning. Service was great and we would be happy to come back anytime.

the Location is perfect, expecially for shopping. rooms are a bit small, but i think for europe that's the standard. the only thing i did not like is not having housekeeping everyday. overall it was clean and convenient.

Good breakfast and the staff were very good at keeping the buffet filled. Room was clean but sadly it wasn’t cleaned during my stay, despite leaving the door card out. Also the rooms heating didn’t work during the entire stay. I reported it to reception a couple of times but nothing was done. Not the end of the world but definitely not perfect. Would probably go back though.

The room itself is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was great and very big - unfortunately it has one of the showers with only a half glass door so we did have to use a lot of towels due to the floor getting wet. The staff are lovely. The area is very central and steps away from the train lines. Really quick access to everything in downtown area. It was a little bit noisy but the room was relatively sound proofed. Very comfortable stay and I would certainly stay again.

Business 2 day stay - mid week Plus is clean tidy and breakfast was great. Minus - very small room, floor was grubby - ( not vacuumed ) and a ridiculously large empty fridge taking up so much space in an already small room was bizarre. Location was convenient for shopping but hopeless for taxi or pick up as right in pedestrian only area.

Friendly, helpful staff: the reception team were particularly obliging. Clean, modern room (USB ports, for example) - perhaps a bit cramped for two but perfect for a single guest. Will definitely return.
