The location of this hotel is excellent. Many popular sights are within easy walking distance. We also enjoyed the close by food options. We always felt safe in the area. The hotel is basic, but clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is very helpful. It would be nice if there were more electrical outlets in the room, and a fridge would have been nice to have. I recommend this hotel, and would stay there again.

If you want to be in Times Square this is the perfect location, has great restaurants and an amazing rooftop bar. As for the rooms, this hotel is not 5 * more like 4 at best. The rooms are not as shown on marketing materials but much smaller and barely a window. I felt very confined in the room and had to get a different room with more windows so I didn't feel trapped.
