A lot has changed at the hotel. They didn’t want to check me in personally but had me use a kiosk. If not, I would Have extra charge l. Also I was suppose to receive $15 credit on dining. That was not reflected on my bill and there was no VIP or upgrade. I used to get coupons for bowling or movies, not any more. Most of the restaurants and kid services are gone. Probably won’t come back. We usually spend a lot of money on bowling, movies, Food.

Every component of service at the Wynn Encore was extremely professional and reliable. If you are standing anywhere on the property, and look even remotely confused or troubled, a Wynn employee will rush over to see what they can do. This is what happens when you hire professionals and pay them adequately for their skill and passion. It’s something we rarely see or experience these days.

With my sister, daughter and friend all together, we felt safe at the hotel and in the area. Great room with plenty of space and wonderful windows. We've been to the Encore and actually like this property better. However, the pool was closed and the other pool was always packed. I feel we shouldn't have had to pay the entire resort cost and would appreciate a refund on part of it. All the staff was helpful!
