"Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. "Everything was completely comfortable. No extra service I asked for was too much trouble. This hotel met all my expectations. Kyiv has a midnight curfew. After this time, you must stay inside, though a hotel can keep its services and bar open. At the last place I stayed here, there were only a couple of people at the bar, but here, everyone came down to the bar to socialise. You can order the full menu of food until 2:00am."

Classy hotel keeping up standards during difficult times in Ukraine. Extremely safe and quiet, with a killer view and 5 min. walk to the Metro. "Even in the middle of the war hotel looked good and everyone was welcoming. Once the war ends, we plan to come for vacation and stay in this hotel. Our lux room was on two levels, very spacious.
