"An overnight stop on our way home at The Atura was fine. A fan in the bathroom is needed and I felt the mattress in room 114 sloped towards the centre. SoI had a somewhat uncomfortable night’s sleep. Two very small things, would love a biscuit or two with my coffee/tea; most hotels generally supply those and the mugs could do with an update, as they’re not very nice to drink from. Ordered the “ragu” pasta in the restaurant. Dreadful! NOT a ragu! It was minced meat over pasta. Very fatty in...

"Comfortable room, however 2 single beds pushed together are not comfortable, blinking fire detector is annoying at night and no parking on site available yet again. Room service food was good and shower is good, but conditioner is not good."

"the old lift is beautiful. the room on the first floor was quite, no traffic noise. the staff were lovely. The room did have a little to much old dust that was also damp in areas that were not vacuumed. Edges of the carpet, the bed and cupboards that played up with my sinus. It may not effect a lot of people like it did for me. "

"Very brief stay arrived after reception closed so key was waiting in box. Room wa as very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Shower door was missing a panel but shower was fine. Air-conditioning unit very loud and had to be turned off for sleeping. Left before reception opened. Breakfast in the room was a great touch and muchly appreciated. Would stay again"
