Great price. Very convenient. Close to the beach. Friendly staff at breakfast.

There were a few inconveniences that I’d like to address. There’s not any kind of breakfast available and the coffee was not kept ready. With only a 4 cup coffee maker in the room and only one bag of coffee, I found this to be irritating. There’s no ice machine…anywhere! If you just needed a small amount of ice, you have to buy a whole bag. I found this to be quite inconvenient. The one saving grace was that staff was nice. The property is old and needs a good facelift. When I return to PCB, I’ll do better research about the hotel and most likely stay elsewhere.

This property is older and could use some remodeling. The elevator was old and musty smelling. The rooms were clean some what. There was sand on the tile floor in our room when we arrived. The soap they provided was very low. The elevator got stuck on the 5th floor for an entire day. They don’t provide much for the full kitchens. I came prepared since I wasn’t sure. The back doors are dangerous. I got locked out of my room when the door wasn’t locked. Also, the bottom of the door cut my toe. It is a room and water with a kitchen and a great view. The pool and ice machine were the best. The pool is heated at night. Checking in was difficult because there is one narrow driveway and it is also the driveway for unloading. They do have 3 luggage carts but the wheels need to be replaced. Parking is very inconvenient. You have to park most of the time across the street unless you are handicapped. Then the crosswalk is further down to cross the street safely (although people don’t stop). If you are on a budget it works.
