"Cute place. I like that there was only 2 stories, it was pet friendly and close to our venue for the weekend. They had a nice breakfast and bar area. The pool was a little on the smaller side, and the room was cold but the water was warm. The hot tub wasnt filled which was a bummer. And the water in our shower did not get above luke warm. But the check in staff was very nice. Would stay here again and recommend to others."

I didn't like how the elevator was not in use and I had to walk up and down the stairs as I suffer with neuropathy, but I was forwarded that it was the case. "We were there for a family wedding. The bed and breakfast place worked for us. We were so busy with family, we didn't spend too much time at the house. When we were there, we didn't see or hear our host. So we didn't feel we were being a bother to her. This is our first time at a bed and breakfast and it was a concern as to how this worked. Lilac was very welcoming and breakfast was nice. The house is located within 5 mins of all the cute shops. We enjoyed our stay."
