The room was really old and smelt of mold. It took more than 24 hours to sort it out. I was downgraded to a smaller and newer room, but had to pay extra.
The rest of the staff by pool and resteraunts were really helpful and kind.

Oceanfront room decor was great! Wristband double as room key. Turndown service inconsistent & liquor in room could be tailored to guess preference. Beach should be clean more frequently. Needs entertainment. Snacks are readily available. Ice cream shop would've been nice.

Check-in was awful!
Chec-in at the hotel starts at 4, so why was our room not ready until 6PM?
We waited at the reception for 2 hours, very ridiculous!
When we did get given the room it was awful so they swapped us to a lovely room.
However, check-in was particularly appaling, a lot of waiting and faffing
