"I needed a place to stay after driving cross country to help with my parents move from their RV to a permanent home. This property was ideal with a fridge and freezer to keep food and meds cold and keeping ice available for my daily drinks and to chill my travel cooler. Very clean and convenient to the RV park in Parhump vs staying in Vegas. The property has 3 mini homes/trailers like the one I stayed in as well as one permanent tiny home. Lots of parking and each unit had a nice outdoor space and grill. Would stay there again"
"Clean, mostly quiet (morning roosters singing but we are used to that). The bed was so comfortable! I meant to look at the brand but forgot The host was responsive and respectful. I would 100% stay there again! The shower could accommodate very tall people, IYKYK. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. The AC works great. My only suggestion is for bigger coffee cups. "
"It is convenient if you need a place to stay when visiting family in Pahrump. It was clean and clear instructions for accessing the property. I did not find the furniture or beds to be particularly comfortable and the lighting situation was either dark or too bright. The kitchen was well-appointed with lots of pans and utensils for cooking, and even condiments in the fridge and cupboards. There is no access to a washer and dryer and there is a small list of chores they ask you to do before leaving (strip bedding, run dishwasher, take out trash, etc)."
"Pros: host was very responsive and any issues with cleanliness were quickly dealt with. Outdoor bathtubs at night were nice. Amazing views.
Cons: house was very difficult to find at night, and property was full of debris and other trailers that made locating our room and navigating the property difficult. Our only sink was broken so we had to use our drinking water to do dishes. No space to prep food. Tubs were not clean on arrival and had no shade. Shower that was on listing was not there."
