outside ; garden furniture and clothesline, in the heart of a shaded property of 8.8 ha consisting mainly of maritime pines.
on the ground floor: floor with tomettes; spacious living / dining room of approximately 50m2 with TV, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, overlooking kitchen with sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, gas cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker, crockery and cooking utensils .
upstairs :
a bathroom with toilet, two sinks, two mirrors, a bathtub and bath towels
a first room with double bed (140/200), sheets, duvet, pillows with wardrobe for storage
a second bedroom with two single beds (90/190), sheets, duvet, pillows with wardrobe for storage
between rooms, available on the landing, iron, vacuum cleaner and extra bed

Environment:
The house is located in Brittany, in the department of Morbihan, near the castle of Plessis-Josso and Gorvello, a small village of character
It is established:
- 2.5 km from Theix-Noyalo, where you will find the nearest shops, as well as several catering facilities
- 10 kms from Vannes; visit of its ramparts, its Medieval Center, its Saturday morning market
- 20 kms from the nearest beaches; Sarzeau, Damgan, Suscinio Castle, Rhuys Peninsula

Rates (including a cleaning fee of 50 €):
In high season (July-August);

The fortnight: 1000 €

Off-season (September and school holidays);

Terms of stay:

In order for everything to happen for the better, please send us:
- the reservation ;
a certificate of insurance resort (or liability) and a check deposit of 30% of the total rental price
- the delivery of keys;
check deposit of 300 €, returned at the end of the stay, after ascertaining the state of the house and the payment of the balance (cleaning fee included)

Nous sommes heureuses d'avoir pu passer nos 2 semaines dans ce lieu. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 chats (nous sommes très contentes car l'accord pour des animaux est de plus en plus rare). La chaumière dans le style breton est grand et bien équipée. L'environnement est idéal pour s'y détendre.Les indications pour trouver le lieu sont claires, et les coordonnées GPS nécessaires car ce coin de paradis est véritablement en pleine forêt 😊. dete'dre

Maison dans un cadre magique
La maison est située au bout d'un chemin. Elle se découvre comme le Mont Saint-Michel, au dernier moment au milieu de ses hortensias. C'est très fonctionnel, il y a de tout, rien ne manque. C'est très calme, convivial. Notre chien a adoré faire la sieste autour de la maison, dans la fraîcheur Bretonne.

Magnifique chaumière ou règne un calme et une paix hors du commun. Une vraie symbiose avec la nature. Très bien située pour de nombreuses excursions pour tous les goûts et toutes les couleurs. Idéal pour décrocher et passer de vraies vacances reposantes.

Maison au calme, dans la forêt. Grand jardin pour les enfants. Interieur typique breton, avec tout ce que lon a besoin, comme a la maison. Propriétaire a l'écoute, tres réactive et dune grande gentillesse. Location où je retournerai certainement et que je vais partager aussi.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette chaumière accueillante au milieu de la forêt. Nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur à l’intérieur car nous y étions pendant la semaine de grande canicule de juillet 2022. Tout était parfait. Et si nous revenons dans cette très belle région, nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans la chaumière.

Chaumière de charme "dans son jus "
La maison est très mignonne, et habitée comme une maison de famille ce qui la rend agréable et bien installée (pas besoinde prévoir huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, papier de toilette etc). Bien chauffée en hiver, à 10min de Vannes. Les bémols : la pinède immense et certes très jolie mais sans sentiers aménagés où donc on ne se promène guère, la proximité de la N165 dont on entend la rumeur.

Autumn Splendour
My family & I enjoyed every minute of our time nestled in this cozy house. We wandered the magical forest, read by the fireplace, walked in the countryside & enjoyed a good rest "away from it all". The silence at night was divine and the sun sparkling through the trees in the morning, created a memorable vacation. Highly recommended!!

Une très jolie malouinière au cœur d'une forêt tranquille où règne une atmosphère paisible et reposante. Nous avons passé une semaine idéale. Accompagnés par Irène et son mari, charmant voisin qui sont au petit soin pour les hôtes de Claudine en son absence. Un échange parfait avec Claudine elle même à distance, qui sait être à l'écoute et est très réactive. À refaire... C'est une adresse que nous retenons dans notre carnet. Même notre chatte olympe a apprécié cette parenthèse de quiétude 😁 !
