Norfolk and East Anglia is one of the few relatively unspoilt parts of England.

The historic centres of Norwich, Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds are a delight with museums, galleries theatres and shopping centres. The lovely apartment is located in mid Norfolk which gives easy access to each of the above towns and cities as well as the beautiful Norfolk and Suffolk coastline with the it's unique towns and villages.
For nature lovers, walkers, golfers historians and families there is a vast array of attractions in the area. A few are listed: Pensthorpe - as seen on the BBC Springwatch programme. Thetford Forest with walks from the High Lodge Forest Centre or Go Ape with the high wire forest adventure. The forest is a popular attraction for both adults and children. Cycling (bike hire available) with numerous marked tracks.
Sandringham House shops and garden. Norfolk Broads with daily boat hire. Racecourse at Newmarket, Fakenham and Great Yarmouth. Bressingham - 4 railways, fabulous gardens and National Dads Army collection. Banham Zoo with a car boot sale on Sunday mornings. Wroxham Barns - home to many craft studios. Numerous inland and coastal golf courses. Several nature reserves including Minsmere see Norfolk and Suffolk Wildlife Trust websites.
Snetterton race track with its large Sunday market is 10 miles away.
Should anyone wish to play golf then discounted green fees and twilight rates are available whilst staying at Fairwy View.
Guests enjoy sitting on the patio (perhaps with a nice glass of wine or cup of tea) watching the antics of the golfers on the 18th fairway or the wildlife particularly in the early morning or evening.

Wonderful stay.
A lovely apartment overlooking a golf course, everything you need for a great stay. If I’m being picky the lounge seating is getting a bit past it, but that wouldn’t put us off returning. Beds very comfortable . Bonus of Sky tv with sport & movie channels.

Great location
Lovely property with views of golf course 18th fairway and ideally suited for exploring Norfolk attractions. Very accommodating hosts and plenty of shops, restaurants and various eating places just a 10 minute stroll into Watton.

Excellent break
This is an excellent base for visiting middle Norfolk.The apartment is very comfortable,the owner was very helpful, extremely pleasant and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble.The location on the edge of a golf course had beautiful views, with fascinating wildlife including squirrels, deer, rabbits, and a variety of birds including pheasants, owls and even a Jay. The only reason we gave 4 star for the online listing was that some seating and kitchen equipment is getting a bit tired and we felt that the word "Luxury" was a little misleading, however this is an observation, not a complaint, we would happily go back.

Good location for visiting the attractions of Norfolk. Visit Norwich, Cathedral and castle, Oxburgh estate, Sandringham, the coast. Our stay could not have been better. The combination of location, garden view and friendly neighbours together with forest animals in the garden, yes really a Roe deer and her babies was something totally unexpected. Having an electric car meant that onsite charging took away any concerns and allowed a full charge every morning. Watton as a village is pleasant and only a short walk away. Nice to be in such a rural location but within easy reach of the whole of Norfolk and its numerous attractions. Definitely worth a visit and the hosts are both lovely and accommodating.

Excellent Property
This property was excellent all modern interior/facilities and very clean. The owner was very helpful with advice on what to visit where to go, eating out etc. This property is very well placed too for visiting the coast, The Broad and Sandringham, there are a number of walks around the area also which are very nice and the view form the patio was very peaceful but also great if you are a golfer as you are sat watching people approach the 18th Hole. I will recommend this property to friends and family and would book again

Norfolk Adventures
We had a lovely stay in Watton for our Norfolk adventure. We went all over Norfolk and the Fairway apartment was a lovely base to come back to each day. It has everything you could need and more. Only a short walk in Watton which has lots of amenities. The apartment was quiet and peaceful, have a bbq in the evening or breakfast in the garden and you will see squirrels, birds and deer everyday. Thank you for our stay, 2 weeks just went too fast.

Family Stay in the Fields
Rented for a week with my mom (73) and daughter (3) while in south Norfolk visiting family in Hingham, Ashill and East Harling. It was PERFECT for our needs. We used it as our home base between day excursions and it was spacious, comfortable, clean and well enough appointed Beautifully manicured back garden /patio literally on the fairway (with pheasants, pigeons and deer galore in the mornings). Walkable to Watton High Street ...and a farm with a horse down the road perfect for animal encounter for the kiddos :) will be back!

Very spacious & well-equipped apartment alongside the 18th fairway allows a great view & time to relax. Excellent communication from host Geoff made it easy to get access information & any follow up - we extended our stay from 3 to 5 days. We ended up with a plug-in hybrid car rental so were able to use the charge point which was a geat benefit & easy to use. Sky TV was a bonus great wifi. Full kitchen & washing machine, comfy bed, outdoor space. Quiet location. Enjoyed a lovely Sunday roast at the Willow House in town.

Lovely property in central Norfolk location
Watton is located in central Norfolk which means that most destinations in Norfolk and Suffolk can be reached in 60-90 mins. The property is located in a super quiet location and it is both extremely clean and well-equipped. The lovely owner lives above the property and he was very helpful during our stay. The local area is super for golf and cycling - incl an extensive network of gravel paths. There are several lovely farm shops and a Tesco nearby. We recommend this property as a quiet and central location for exploring Norfolk and northern Suffolk.

Great spot for a relaxing break
We had a lovely stay in Geoff’s apartment, really quiet and relaxing just next to the golf course. Beautiful garden which was great for watching wildlife, squirrels birds and deer! The apartment was well equipped, comfy and perfect for the two of us (but would accommodate a family easily too). Loved the lazy-boy sofa and made use of Sky TV! Not a great deal in Watton itself though there are a few takeaways and Tesco which was handy. There are a couple of pubs nearby but we ate out whilst out in the day. Overall a good base for a stay in Norfolk.

Ideal holiday apartment
Lovely warm feel to the apartment as soon as walked in the door. Geoff the owner is very helpful and sincere amd in hand to help. Very well thought out and attention to detail. Comfy beds. Excellent facilities and well equipped. Hand rail in the walk in shower is excellent. Beautiful garden and patio looking out onto to the golf course. Road to the apartment may be difficult for less able bodied or wheelchair users. Can highly recommend the apartment and would be lovely to return to.
