"Close to beach. No grocery stores close by for quick snacks or food. Limited dining. Had to use e-bikes and scooters to get any amenities or restaurants. No hair blowers in room, nobody made the beds just took out your garbage. Outside is run down. Good about giving help in English. Safe property. "

"We had an amazing view of the port from our room. It was a decent walk to the dining and shopping area. Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. Only one little complaint was the water during our shower was a bit inconsistent-extremely hot back to normal. Overall ,we had a great stay. "

"Comfortable rooms with access to the great hotel restaurant at all hours. Best meal we had in Marseille was a dinner at the hotel. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Fun and vibrant decor. Short walk to Old Port and most of Marseille. Staff very friendly and able to help us in English. We highly recommend Mama Shelter!"
