Tranquil retreat

Perfect in every way!
We were in town for our son’s hs graduation. This beautiful cabin gave us the space and privacy to celebrate with 12-15 folks who had also traveled for the festivities and sleep 7 with plenty of elbow room. Highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful, peaceful, convenient
What a perfect property! My aunt, my sister and myself met here for a get away visit. The owner gave perfect instructions and had the house warmed up for us. There was well seasoned fire wood so we enjoyed a cozy fire as we settled in. The beds and linens are comfortable, we each had our own bathroom and the master bath walk-in shower is perfect for older guests or anyone with mobility issues. The yard and views are gorgeous, I'd love to come back in summer and enjoy the deck more. The location is quiet and peaceful but you're only minutes to town if needed. We cooked for ourselves in the well appointed kitchen and enjoyed not having to go out for meals. Absolutely love this property and home and will be going back in summer to ebjoy it again!

Glorious getaway
My three adult children and I stayed at this lovely log home for our third visit in order to celebrate another senior birthday for me. As soon as we arrived, this immaculately clean house decorated with amazing country art felt instantly like HOME. For four days we enjoyed spacious living inside and out with magnificent mountain scenery in this serene setting of a natural forest landscape. The owner and cleaning crew were friendly and welcoming and genuinely cared about providing a glorious getaway for my family. We will be back, for sure, and appreciate the excellent hospitality at this heavenly haven.

Beautiful Log Home
This is a very well built, beautiful, private and spacious log home. We had a very colorful sunset our first night but then it turned rainy the next day. You can still sit out on the covered deck but we never got the clear night sky we were hoping for to see the stars away from city lights. Just bad timing with the weather. We saw a couple deer but not much for other wildlife. We stayed three nights and it was the relaxing mountain environment we were looking for as a stopover on our road trip between Tacoma and Minneapolis.

Beautiful cabin with a stunning view
We recently rented this beautiful cabin for an 11 day stay in Montana and could not have been more pleased. It was a 3 full day road trip to get to Thompson Falls from PA. When we finally pulled up the roadway and saw the cabin , our 23 year old son's fist pump from the other car said it all. The cabin and setting are absolutely amazing. The layout works perfectly with a large open family room and kitchen as you enter the cabin. With the master bedroom and bath on one side and two bedrooms and two baths on the other side. The beds have top quality mattresses. The family room is so inviting and comfortable with a large fireplace and the kitchen is top notch. We also spent long nights sitting on the back wrap around porch enjoying the warmth of the gas fire pit . The view of the mountains in the back were the perfect backdrop to our son's proposal. What an incredible moment !! Thompson Falls is a great Montana town. Breakfast at Minnie's was fabulous. Great fishing just 10 minutes away on the Thompson River. Throughout out entire trip we saw Bald Eagles, Deer ( everyday from the back porch), Elk, Bobcat, Coyote, and yes a Black Bear (only 1 mile from the cabin). If you like outdoor activities, "Route of the Hiawatha" is a 15 mile rails to trails bike trip through tunnels and across bridges through the Idaho mountains. Its only 1 hr and 20 mins from the cabin. You must also visit Glacier National Park ( 2.5 hrs away). It's everything you read about and more. We could not have experienced a more incredible vacation. The cabin delivers on everything from its comfort and stunning views to its location and beauty. The owner, Ryan, was gracious and very accommodating. It's was a amazing!!! ……..The Brown Family

The setting, the house, the view all lend themselves to a peaceful, restful getaway. The only comment this time was the level of wasps/yellowjackets kept outdoor activity to a minimum. Also, one of the guests was stung. Other than that, we will be back next year.

Glorious, grand getaway
My three adult children and I stayed 3 nights at this glorious, grand getaway to celebrate my birthday. This beautiful log house on 14 scenic acres in a peaceful neighborhood is our favorite place in Montana and feels like HOME as soon as we walk through the door upon arrival. We appreciate that this house is always immaculately clean, is on one level and spacious, and is well-organized with beautiful country art and decor everywhere. The owner and cleaning people are welcoming, kind, helpful, and very thoughtful. The sunrise mountain view from the deck is stunning, and on our last night a double rainbow appeared. WOW!! The big log table on a covered part of the huge deck allows guests to eat or play cards outside in all weather conditions. Our rating on this glorious, grand getaway is a 5+.

Stunning Cabin Getaway
This home is absolutely stunning! Beautifully decorated cabin with gorgeous views and every amenity you could wish for. Our visit from FL and IL was to spend time with my dad and offer him the opportunity to meet his great grandchildren. We were able to share wonderful meals (using the Traeger Smoker and Blackstone) and lasting memories for 4 generations of family. Looking forward to a repeat visit in the future!
