"If you need something in the downtown moderately priced then you can't get any closer. Rooms are big and clean and staff friendly. Free breakfast is okay but plenty of it. Have stayed there numerous times and always enjoy it. We have noticed some noise transfer through the connecting doors of adjacent rooms. "

"Didn't seem like the bedside table was cleaned. Sandy feeling that scratched my cell phone when I slid it across. No extra roll of toilet paper. No TV controls. Lady at front desk dealt with that quickly and efficiently for us. Toilet kept running unless you jiggled the handle several times. Breakfast could be improved. In spite of all these issues, we enjoyed our stay. Have been to the Plaza many times. Great location. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out."

"Easy to book and check in. Front desk staff friendly. Music in lobby for check in and breakfast a bit much. Breakfast 3/10. Not much for options, juice machine was empty. Lactose free yogurt would be great and other fruit besides overly soft oranges would be great too. "
