"Clean room for 1 night stay "

"Both elevators were broken and had to walk up and down six flight of stairs"

"Close to restaurants, clean room, no smells, pillows are too soft for our liking though"

"I dont know about the internet. However the staff is rude. We checked in and didnt have a full roll of toilet paper. My sister went in the morning too ask for one and immediately got attitude was told 1 roll per customer. My son was sick. Not too mention 3 of us with 1 not full roll. Then we went down for breakfast and it was put away long befor 9. And i got attitude for asking. Told she was only one worker and did all the jobs. Then i went too check in for another noght and got charged another 50 dollar hold fee tho i had not checked out. I told her i was told i would only have to pay once that was what i was told. Then they called me a week befor my stay asking if i would give up my handicaped room. Was told that was my choice and could have said no. My sister has handicap and thats why i got it. But decided to be nice. They made me feel terri le. Do not stay here"

"The woman the checked us in was friendly and inviting. The room was spacious. It was nice to have a door that separated the bedroom from the sitting room. The complimentary breakfast including made to order omelets was delicious. The hotel lobby was under renovation so there were boxes, wires, and floor torn up upon entering which was a bit of a let down since the pictures online showed a beautiful lobby. Overall we were very happy with our stay and even though there were renovations happening, it was still quiet."

"My first time staying at this property was an excellent experience. Each staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet offered many good options. I will definitely return to this hotel. "
