The place is clean and MORE THAN sufficient for an overnight stay. Bar was well stocked and Bartender was wonderful. Sunday breakfast was missing. I showed up at 7, no one was in the breakfast area. In another post, I said I was no longer posting eagles photos this year, well......I lied:) I just can't help myself. Along the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge, this mature Bald Eagle was perched as two Canada Geese came cruising by it. I have never seen eagles go after geese, but it seems like it would be such an easy meal for them!
