Two small, individual chalets, Le Colomban and Le Lachat.

Ideally located in Thônes, 15 km from Lake Annecy and 10 km from the resorts of Le Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz.
A 10-minute walk from the center of Thônes and its shops, in a peaceful, wooded setting, overlooking the mountains of La Tournettes, Le Lachat, and La Dent du Cruet. Each chalet has a terrace, a garden, and two parking spaces.

A lovely chalet near to the ski resorts and within walking distance of Thônes. It is fully equipped, immaculate and the owner is nearby if you need anything. Perfect, we couldn’t fault it at all.

Very good and pleasant

I had a very enjoyable stay in this neat vacation house with a large garden in a quiet neighbourhood set in the beautiful mountains near Thones. The house was fully equipped, clean and had a pleasant, cosy atmosphere. The landlady was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Christmas escape for a complete change and experience alpine surroundings.

Compact and set in a tranquil area. Everything you need is here. Good internet. Thones a few minutes walk and a pleasant center , traditional , and minus tourist bustle. Close by are the high passes and beautiful ski villages. The chalet is in spacious grounds , ample parking . A great place to holiday without the usual hassle of the better known alpine honey pots.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Haute Savoie, et le chalet de Véronique situé à Thones y a contribué.Il est très bien situé, à 30 minutes d’Annecy, la Clusaz où le Grand Bornand se situent à 15 minutes. Pour les randonneurs les Aravis sont à proximité, paysages magnifiques garantis!Le chalet est très propre, bien agencé, tout confort. Le jardin est spacieux et très bien entretenu, la terrasse très agréable. Je précise pour les propriétaires de chiens que l’espace extérieur est très appréciable, mais il n’est pas totalement clôturé. Pour nous ce n’est pas un problème, mais pour les chiens trop curieux ou qui n’obéissent pas, ils peuvent se retrouver dans le jardin des voisins, communiquants.Merci à Véronique pour l’accueil, pour la petite histoire concernant les chalets, et pour l’attention trouvée dans le frigidaire

Knus chalet

Bij aankomst werden wij gastvrij ontvangen door Veronique en zij gaf uitleg over alles m.b.t het chalet en de mogelijkheden in de omgeving. Het chalet was heel schoon en netjes. Omdat wij heel mooi weer hadden en veel buiten, in de zeer ruime tuin, en buitenshuis geweest zijn, is het chalet groot genoeg. Zou je aangewezen zijn om veel binnen te moeten doen, dan is het voor 2 personen goed te doen, 4 volwassen lijkt ons wat veel. Jammer dat we, vanwege de droogte, geen gebruik konden maken van de bbq. De omgeving is prachtig en het chalet is een goede uitvalsbasis voor (berg)wandelen, fietsen en het bezoeken van steden en musea. Winkels zijn in de directe nabijheid, evenals restaurants. Eventueel de advertentietekst op VRBO aanpassen wat inclusief de prijs is en wat extra opties zijn. Verder een goed verblijf gehad.

Le beau temps a valorisé notre séjour durant lequel nous n’avons eu que l’embarras du choix pour trouver des sites qui ont retenu notre intérêt (montagne, Annecy, châteaux…). Nous avons apprécié le confort du chalet et sa proximité du centre de Thones ainsi que l’accueil que nous a réservé Veronique.

Excellent séjour entre lac et montagne

Chalet très bien equipé avec bonne literie et jolie espace de jardin. La buanderie est également très pratique (rangement + machine à laver) Propriétaire disponible et très réactif qui partage ses bons conseils pour lieux à visiter et commerces à tester. Chalet à proximité du Lac d'Annecy et stations de Haute-Savoie. Nous recommandons à 100%
