"This condo was ideally situated in the heart of old Thonon with many restaurants, boulangeries, grocery and convenience stores. It was very clean, and the kitchen was updated and well equipped. The bed was reasonably comfortable and fans were available for when it got warm. The noise level was not too bad considering its location in the city center with outdoor sitting, occasional live music and party revelers. Linens were provided though I purchased a few small dish cloths based on preference. As a heads up, I also purchased dish soap, paper towels and extra toilet paper (I stayed 2 weeks). I would definitely stay here again!"

"I chose this IBIS hotel based on air conditioned rooms (not easy to find in Thonon), distance from family members who live in the area and consistency with room/hotel amenities. The room was clean, minimally equipped as per expected (no tea kettle/coffee maker, fridge, etc.). The bed was reasonably comfortable (not hard as a rock) which is not always easy to find in Europe based on American standards however biased. It was nice to have a few English speaking tv channels to watch as well. The breakfast was adequate though I thought the IBIS Central location in Thonon had a better spread overall last time I stayed there. The abundant free parking outside the hotel was a major plus. I will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel has lovely clean rooms, good sizes. Very well situated near the station and town. The staff are well informed and helpful. There is a good choice of breakfast. As my husband has mobility problems, a handle higher on the shower wall would have been helpful, but that is the only small snag. "
