CLEAN, very nice house.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Having had a bad experience in the past, cleanliness is high on my list for a house. This house was very clean. We (4 adults and 1 child) stayed for 8 days. We did some cooking (eggs, hamburgers), nothing fancy. We would not hesitate to rent here again.
Pros:
Close enough to the Falls and Clifton Hill for an easy drive, far enough to avoid the traffic and noise.
Clean.
Enough towels for a round of showers.
Nice kitchen. Enough dishes and pots and pans. Adequate for the type of cooking we did. Large refrigerator. Not hooked to water, we just bought ice. Plenty of room for popsicles.
TV had a number of stations available if you had a subscription (Prime, Netflix, YouTube). There were also some free movie stations.
Nice, clean neighborhood. Quiet. Easy in and out. No busy streets.
Cons (if it matters to you):
Small garage. My van would not fit in it. Not wide enough. The walls are no wider than the door, so even if your car went in, you might not be able to open the doors. We didn’t care, we fit in the driveway.
All bedrooms are on the top floor. If you have trouble with stairs, this is not the house for you.

Trip to Niagara Area
The home had all the amenities of a new home including the use of the garage, was extremely clean, and was very convenient to the local Niagara area for our two-night stay here with five people. The owner was very easy to get in contact with and provided easy directions for our stay.
