"Beautiful cottage in a great location. Felt at home straight away with all the amenities and more that you could want. Fantastic location, a stone's throw from the beach. "Positives the location was by far the best thing about the property. Located near the high street and the beach great base for exploring Southwold. However the property is really small I would call it extreme cosy we are only a family of 3 but it still felt very very small. The stairs are very steep and would not advise if you have young children. And I’m sorry to say the bedrooms were really hot even with the windows open I didn’t sleep a full night in the 4 days I was there not helped by...

Christmas Cottage - Two Bedroom House, Sleeps 4

"Location good garden good. The cottage is cute, but having looked at other properties online the standard was very poor, kitchen needs a refit cupboards very greasy. Seeing it should have had a deep clean because of Covid I do not think that was the case. The lounge had not been touched post all behind settee clearly been there for weeks crumbs under settee. I do not think we will stay in that cottage again, very disappointed with standard for the money "
