Myself and husband had a lovely 2 days away,staff were fantastic and very helpful room was brilliant just what we needed as my step daughter and grandchildren got us peter kay tickets for a wedding present to go in ao arena sat night we been waiting since 2023 but it was worth it fantastic weekend away just two of us

The design, decor and layout of the room were homely I liked it. My only disappointment was the cleanliness which is not so much the establishment but the quality of the cleaners I found human hair all over the chair floor and bed, and the room temperature was inadequate it was never right but that is due to the brick design. I suspect these rooms are better in the summertime. I would stay again the staff were great, approachable and friendly.

The hotel was ok, nothing special. The room structure was weird as the bathroom is open plan and right next to your bed. I did not like this design as there is no privacy when using the bath. There was no tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was ok, decent selection of food. The hotel location is great to get around for eating out, shopping and tours in Manchester. Tram and train stations are close by. I specially booked this hotel for the spa. The spa area is very small. Sauna room is decent size but steam room is very small - could probably only fit 2/3 people max. The massage I booked was excellent but if you are after a spa experience with a nice relaxing area, this is not the hotel for that.

Great location, beds a bit firm for my liking but it’s all personal preference. 2nd bedroom was turned into single beds but the positioning of the beds meant that the door didn’t close fully. Also the hall light was on a sensor and couldn’t find a switch to stop it - not great in the middle of the night when the door doesn’t close.

The hotel is great, the style is modern and clean. Will for sure stay again. Plus the breakfast to totally worth it!!
