This beautiful modern 1 bedroom apartment is finished to a high standard with everything you should need. It is situated in tropical, well maintained gardens, and a 2 minute walk to the beach. A 10 minute stroll will take you to the many restaurants, shops and forms of night life you could ask for. The local supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. The apartment has recently been fully refurbished and provides a brand new fully equipped kitchen including an oven and hob, fridge & freezer.
The complex is situated near the San Antonio Hotel in a peaceful complex. On the complex are two pools and with a plentiful supply of sunbeds and umbrellas, this makes it the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. With the airport only a 10 minute journey by car and all of Lanzarote's main tourist attractions all within easy reach, this really is the perfect accommodation for a great holiday. The apartment has everything you require including a bathroom with walk-in marble shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge. freezer and microwave. Very good facilities and some very good restaurants and bars close by.
Apartment was clean and tidy, and the access to both the park and the property were very simple to use. Feel that twin beds would be more comfortable due to the heat. Unfortunately the ceiling lighting in the bedroom was not working, but the fan was.

We had a lovely week in the property. It was spotless and anything you need was there, even things I wasn’t expecting like sun chairs for the beach. There is one thing that would make us think twice about returning, that is no AC.. It was quite difficult to sleep at night with the heat & leaving windows & door open cause noise issues.

Apartment suited our need although it did seem a little “ tired”.Bedroom light not working and extension cable for bedside light not long enough to stretch to window side of the bedroom.These things were not reported because of a previous occupant who had an oven problem which was reported but no action was taken

Great two week stay
We stayed in Claire’s apartment for 13 nights. Great apartment in a lovely and convenient location. There is everything in the apartment that you could possibly need for your holiday. The complex is very friendly and well looked after. The Pool Is very deep but lovely for a cooling swim, there are always plenty of sunbeds whatever time of day you choose to sit outside.

My daughter and I stayed in Claire’s apartment for 10 days. It was a home from home. It was spotless and had everything in it that you would have needed. Great pool area and everyone was very friendly. It was also very close to the beach and shops. Would definitely stay in it again.

Wow, a great four days spent at this very well equipped apartment. Great location to explore all areas of the resort. The complex has a lovely pool and plenty of sun beds to use. Great find.
Gorgeous apartment everything you need is there and more. There was also a supply of wax melts with tea lights which is a lovely extra. Stayed in apartment 16 last year and this one is so much better. Complex is lovely and quiet maybe too quiet for some but for me it was perfect. Clare answered any questions within 5 minutes of contact. All in all a great 10 days spent here. If only the weather could have been better.

This is a fantastic place to stay, great value for money, and ideally located. The apartment had everything we wanted, and if your self catering, there is everything you need to do this. The apartment is lovely with a modern kitchen, everything you need is there for you. The pool area is fantastic. Nice and peaceful too. The complex is very well maintained. The pool is always cleaned The gardens are immaculate. The apartment has everything needed for eating in if you require it. The TV and WiFi were excellent. WiFi didn't drop out only thing you lose it if you are at the pool. The bed was really comfy and it is a king-size. We stayed here last year and it was just as good this time. We met the cleaning lady and she was so helpful. As we had arrived early she took our bags in for us and we went back when she had finished. The apartment is very quiet at night. Beach is just over the road and the main strip a 5 to 10 minute walk.
