Tivemos alguns problemas no início da hospedagem, que foram pontualmente resolvidos pelo gerente Eduardo. Excelente serviço e hospitalidade. O restaurante tem diversas opções de pratos e todas que experimentamos foram muito boas. Muito obrigada pela atenção e cuidado durante nossa estadia!!!

Ótimo lugar para se hospedar e descançar
A vista do quarto é incrivel. Os chales estão construidos em meio a mata original da região. Além do restaurante do hotel, onde servem o ótimo café da manhã, há ainda uma creperia e um lounge dentro do terreno do hotel e com vista espetacular da lagoa e das dunas. Fica a 20 minutos de Pipa.

Lugar muito bom para relaxar e descansar, aproveitando a natureza. Um dos mais bonitos por-do-sol do RN. A acessibilidae de alguns quartos mais distantes, em local mais elevado, complica para pessoas de mais idade. O quarto tem um excelente tamanho mas o ar-condicionado ficou fraco em meu quarto. Tb nao tem black-out nas portas e janelas, amanhece muito cedo e o quarto fuca muito claro.

O hotel é enorme e bem bonito, porém, na classificação eles colocam vista para o mar e a vista não é bem do mar. Os quartos ficam bem distantes e a vista não é das melhores. O quarto apesar de ser grande a cama de "casal" são duas camas juntas, não tinha telefone no quarto e a tv não é smart, os travesseiros eram péssimos.

O hotel é antigo e precisando de renovação. Viajamos e família e reservamos 2 quartos. Ao checarmos nos foram entregues as chaves e ao chegarmos a um deles estava completamente sujo com toalhas, latas de refrigerantes e lixo pelo chão. O outro quarto foi reservado para 4 pessoas (2 adultos e 2 criança) opção que era fornecida no site como 1 cama king e 2 camas de solteiro, no entanto ao chegarmos só havia uma cama king. Nos queixamos da situação dos quartos e foi resolvido, mas a impressão de falta de cuidado ficou. O café da manhã é ok. Resimindo não seria jamais uma primeira opção em um retorno a cidade.

Estrutura muito boa.
O hotel é muito, tem estrutura muito boa. O restaurante é ok, atendimento perfeito, mas a comida nem normla. Achei que q limpeza do quarto poderia ser mais caprichada, algumas manchas no chão, traça no banheiro, etc. No geral, gostei sim.

O nome Pousada talvez seja mais razoável pelo serv
Tivemos problema vom o quarto, nos colocaram em uma acomodação, na chegada, bastante aquém do nível esperado paraum resort. Embora tenham-nos trocado de apartamento para um melhor, a jacuzzi, responsável pelo preço mais caro, não funcionava. O serviço da recepção deixou, e muito, a desejar.
