ALL the staff were helpful and friendly. Felt very welcome. The complimentary and generous cafe food (24 hours!) was a lovley surprise. Delicious too. Given an excellent walking tour of historic centre. All wonderful. All much appreciated.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Hotel is beautiful. Restaurant was gorgeous with generous free breakfast (eggs, beans, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, pastries, coffee, and juices). Location is superb- gorgeous views of the Metropolitan Cathedral and Zocalo. Also steps away from the Zocalo Metro station. Other nice amenities include a lobby cafe with free refreshments and complimentary water bottles. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel for your visit to Mexico City.

"Hood hotel conveniently placed in the major highway from Mexico City to Cuernavaca/Acapulco. Near two bug malls and many shops and restaurants, but given its location next to the highway it’s not walkable, you must drive to all these locations. "Beautiful property - quiet and lovely tranquil atmosphere. It is located in a private gated community that is very safe - you must pass two security gates. In the city, it felt hot and muggy. But in the hotel the large trees offered so much shade that it felt cool and relaxing."
