"We loved staying in this property for various reasons! A few steps off the back porch to a basically private long beach, beautiful sunset views, and lots of room for our family. Very clean house, with all of the kitchen amenities you could need for cooking. Prompt response when we discovered a smoke detector battery needed to be replaced.

"Overall a comfortable place to stay with easy walking access to the beach. The house is somewhat rustic but comfortable and spacious. We had no cell service at the cottage, and I did not refresh my email prior to crossing the coastal range, so I did not have the code to get in and could not get a hold of anyone to get the code without driving down to Pacific City. "We had a great time despite

poop everywhere outside including urine by the front door, there were a few jets in the hot tub that didn’t work, the tv had no remote,

hair on the pool table, several of the games were broken or needed new accessories. They have lots of board games. I was thankful that we caught the cleaning crew because they left

food in the

dishes and the high chair was dirty. It was very spacious and it has a beautiful view!"

"it was very stormy and rainy during our 5 day stay, but we were warm and dry in this cozy place. It is on the main road, but not very noisy. Beach access is easy and close. Great central location for exploring the central coast. Kitchen is well stocked. Dishwasher is very noisy so don't run at night. Nice bathroom with its own heater. Shower faucet is plumbed wrong, so C is hot and H is cold. Plenty of clean linens, blankets, and towels.
