Only downside was we were supposed to have an ocean view balcony and when we checked in they told me they were sold out and that three floors were closed due to deep cleaning. WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. "Our room was beautiful! It faced the bay but we saw dolphins from our room. It was clean and very well taken care of. 2 minor things that we were completely happy with was the ceiling fans in both bedrooms made a noise. It sounded like they needed greased. And the smaller bedroom's bed had a loose slat under the bed that popped in the middle of the night twice. Other than that, the tub and shower in the main bedroom were wonderful, the living room was comfortable, and the kitchen was amazing!...

"We found that (1) the mattresses in this room were uncomfortable--it felt as if there were sunken spots on the left side of the mattress nearest to bathroom and right side of the bed on mattress near the window. (2) We booked for four guests and received only three towels, and (3) the tv only received one channel, which did not have local news. We are going to choose another destination for Mardi Gras 2026."
