"We like that it is safe, clean and the bed is comfortable. We like the fresh baked cookies in the lobby and expect we will like the hot breakfast bar tomorrow morning. We didn't like sitting on the sofa bed as it was not very comfortable. Our card keys stopped working twice but they were very nice about reactivating them."

"The room was overall clean, there was either mold or dust above the bathroom door. They have the refillable bottles of hygiene products and our lotion bottle was empty. "We have been staying here for 15 years and it is a reasonably priced, comfortable hotel. Some aspects have declined but it is still worth the value. Management took out all the microwaves because some people misuse them. Pillows are small. Air conditioning works but doesnt always keep it at the temperature indicated on the control. Housekeeping is now only done once every three days. Breakfast is decent and pool and fitness room are good too. Staff are friendly enough."

"The staff were very, very nice when we arrived and left. We booked thru a third party and we did not know that the hotel was under a major renovation. The room was pleasant but needed more cleaning. Hair on the shower walls-not something I wanted to see. Bathroom needed a lot of cleaning. Renovation or not the bathroom/room should be clean."
