Our apartment of 53m2 was completely renovated in 2023 with quality services. Everything has been changed: floor, bathroom, showers, furniture, bedding, lighting, decoration, kitchen, electricity, etc.
The apartment is ideally located in relation to the slopes, ski lifts, the ski school: you will slide, you do not walk 1 meter. Shops and restaurants are within a 100m walk.
6 adults maximum! With children, it's perfect up to 8 persons!
You have all the necessary facilities at your disposal to make it an unforgettable holiday, even a raclette machine!
As sleep is important to recover from skiing, I have chosen for quality bedding!
Free WIFI is also available!
Final cleaning, sheets and towels are included in the price.

Fits the bill.
A cosy and comfortable property. Small but functional. Well equipped close to amenities and town. Ski in and out excluding about 5m. So fits the bill for a ski vacation. Host was informative and Managing agent was good. Would stay again if we get the chance.

Ski in/out, clean, well-equipped appartment.
As a family of 5 we had a great holiday staying in this apartment. Very clean and really well equipped, including ski locker and plenty of places to store helmets, salopettes and jackets. It even has a Raclette grill. The view from the apartment is fantastic, looking right at the Tovier side of the mountains. Ideally located with immediate ski in/out access to the main ski lifts in Le Lac (Palafor, Les Ames, Tovier, Rossett and Lavachet). Karel was great with messages and communication before our arrival.

Fantastic Apartment in Great Location
We stayed in Karl's apartment in January 2020. The apartment is ski in/ski out with ample room for ski storage and access to the underground carpark for loading and unloading. The accommodation itself is immaculately clean and extremely well appointed. There is everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We cooked every night, and found the range of cooking utensils and equipment to be very much above the standard we usually find in holiday flats. The bed was comfortable and the facilities are all of a very high standard. Karl and his wife have clearly gone through a lot of effort and thought to make the apartment as nice and as welcoming as they possibly could. It has been fully renovated to a high standard including new windows which makes it warm and cosy in the evenings. It was quiet during our entire stay and the communal parts of the building are cleaned daily so it has a very well kept feel throughout. Everyone we met was very pleasant and polite. Karl is a great communicator, very responsive to any queries or requests and is a genuinely nice person to deal with. We can honestly say there were no issues about the booking process, meeting the local agent (who was also very responsive), with the accommodation or with anything at all. We had a great time, and enjoyed dealing with Karl throughout the process. Thank you to Karl and his wife for providing such a lovely apartment. We hope to return soon.

Great location
This was our first self-catering skiing holiday and it worked really well for us. We enjoyed the freedom of being able to get up when we wanted, plan our own meals or eat out if we wanted to (especially as 2 of our number our vegans which can limit your options....) The apartment was truly ski-in ski-out by which I mean you stepped out of the front door of the apartment, and the piste was just the other side of the pathway so short of having no pathway leading to the door at all, you really could not get closer to the piste! The apartment was well-equipped and clean. The view from the living room was beautiful - and sitting out on the balcony to have breakfast was a daily pleasure. One negative - there wasn’t a lot of room in the bedrooms and whilst there was pretty good storage in the first bedroom there was very little in the second. I’d also suggest that more mugs are provided (there was just one mug and a number of teacups, so first one up always snaffled the mug). But the bottom line is thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Has all you need and a great view!
The place was well taken care of and had a lot of space for just the 2 of us. It was not clear from the web page that towels and linens were not included but when we addressed this with Karel he was very accommodating and with all the helpful hints, recommendation and local knowledge he was invaluable. Alison, the local manager, was very attentive and super helpful as well. Big thanks all around to the whole team.

Very tidy, well laid out, well placed apartment
Our second time at this apartment and we enjoyed every minute. The apartment is well placed to ski in and out with it's own access track outside meaning it was easy for the kids to ski down to ski school each morning in a couple of minutes. Whilst the outside of the block isn't super inspiring the interior is clean, very modern and well laid out. Hob, oven, kettle and coffee maker etc means eating in is an easy choice but there are several good restaurants and the normal takeaways on the Rue de Poste which the access to the apartment block is on. We were a family of 4 so had plenty of space to spread out with the children each having their own room/set of bunk beds. The agency were well organised for both arrival and departure and Karel, the owner, made regular contact before and after the stay to check everything went okay. Thank you very much for helping make this week a great holiday.

Great location and well appointed apartment; ski in / ski out
Apartment is exactly as described; modern decor and well appointed. Owner was very helpful and answered all questions promptly. Arrived circa 1am but arrangements for keys very effective. Residence itself is a now a bit tired but clean and close to supermarket, free resort bus, ski hire shops and restaurants etc. Parking below residence accessible to load/unload during day although gets busy .... we pre-booked covered parking space in Lac3 which is approx a 400m walk.

Modern, comfortable with ski in ski out
A very neat and clean apartment with everything required for a family stay. The bunk room and the coin montagne are ideal for children but would accommodate adults if required. The living area is comfortable and well laid out with nice views to the front from the balcony. The ski locker is by the front door so you can ski in and out right from the door of the block. The owner and the Agency were very helpful in arranging everything for us when we were stuck in the particularly bad traffic/snow of 20/12/17 which saw 4,000 people stuck at the airports and an additional 8 hours drive for us meaning we arrived very late. We were still able to get in and sorted out very easily despite the late arrival. Thank you very much for the stay and we would definitely use this apartment again if staying in Tignes in the future.

Nous avons été très impressionnés par le côté pratique de l’appartement: optimisation de l’espace, le rangement , les crochets, les salles de bains, l’éclairage, la qualité de la literie et les matelas. Nous louons des appartements depuis plusieurs années dans différents pays. Cet appartement a été le préféré de notre famille. L’appartement a été rénové par des gens consciencieux et professionnels. Tout semble avoir été bien réfléchi au moment de la rénovation. Karel est un modèle comme hôte. L’appartement est très bien situé avec une vue magnifique.

Très bon séjour
L'appartement correspond exactement à l'annonce. Il est propre et très bien équipé. Localisation très bien, prêt du centre mais sans les inconvénients du bruit. Par contre attention ça monte un peu pour rejoindre L'appartement. L'appartement ne dispose pas de place de parking dans l'immeuble mais le parking du centre est gratuit (en tout cas l'été). Pourquoi pas revenir ici l'hiver 🙂

Appartement lumineux, spacieux, très bien équipé, les literies sont d’excellente qualité.
Nous sommes une famille de 5, l’espace convenait parfaitement. La localisation du Bec rouge permet d’aller et rentrer skis aux pieds, notamment par le télésiège des almes qui ferme à 17h15, c’est top. Juste un bémol sur la capacité du casier à skis, il ne peut pas contenir plus de 4 paires de skis et chaussures..
