"Met by the owner who was delightful. She had kindly organised some groceries for us as requested. The property was scrupulously clean and beautifully designed and appointed. The beds are very comfortable and an abundance of towels is provided. The villa was very warm because of underfloor heating throughout. The gardens are lovely. "The gardens in which the hotel is built are beyond comparison, a real oasis. The pool is very attractive, with plenty of sunbed area around it. The beach, the local restaurants, the little shops and the bus stop are all very close, and there is a good walking route to the town of Santa Cruz avoiding the main road (50 mins)."

"Everything was great! The house is big and has a super nice outdoor BBQ/eating place. We stayed for a month with 6, the owner is very nice and super helpfull. Ocean really nearby, wifi is fine, etc."

"This is a delightful property. It is a wonderful home which we loved from start to finish. The hosts are a great couple who went above and beyond to make our stay as happy as it could be. We also made good friends with their cats who were always very well behaved. The location is perfect for hikes and for relaxation. "Wir haben 4 Wochen in dem gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war alles sauber und in gutem Zustand. Besonders gefallen hat uns der großzügige Wintergarten mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Die schöne Terrasse mit Palmen haben wir oft genutzt und manchen Sonnenuntergang im Atlantik beobachtet. Der Service vor Ort ist hervorragend und kleine Probleme wurden umgehend von der Agentur gelöst. It was ok but not as expected

"The location and views are stunning.Overall premises give great first impression, terrace and privacy was great.However we didn’t like that some stuff in the kitchen were covered in mould and overall it smelled with dump.According to the listning for stays above 7 nights there was supposed to be a cleaning service but there wasn't any. I wouldn’t recommend this stay for winter months as it gets cold inside the house, especially in the bathroom where window can't be closed."
