I stayed here three nights with my husband the place feels well At home very quiet and peaceful inside the apartment was clean. The only thing is that it didn’t have mirrors I think that would been a plus but other than that staff is really nice and respectful highly recommend this place I would definitely stay here again .

A wonderful property, well maintained and with very friendly staff, we arrived late at night and were met with a smile and let into our rental without paying until the morning after. The locals are very friendly and accommodating so long as you remain humble and respectful. To those coming over like us from america there are a few things to understand. To American eyes the area surrounding the rental are at first glance a slum, were an American neighborhood in such condition it would be a place to anticipate a mugging. However here it is a simple working class neighborhood with great people and lots of dogs. Anticipate loud music from local bars on the weekends Tijuana folks know how to boogie! There is a small market down the hill for conveniences like snacks, drinks and beer. Not much else in close walking distance but only a few minutes drive to large grocery stores and only 10-15 minutes to the heart of Tijuana. Great views overlooking Tijuana, gated parking courtyard, full kitchen and just a really comfortable place to stay, will be coming back again, thanks so much for having us!

🔴DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Terrible Place! The place is filthy, and lots of cockroaches live there permanently, Hard to check-in. Honestly I couldn't stay there for One Hour, I checked out right after seeing the terrible conditions. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ❌

One of the beds, the sheets were not clean there was brown flaky stuff couldn’t make what it was and the sheets were wrinkle. Saw rouches inside the microwave, bedroom and living room. Owner never answer my message requesting WF PW. Refrigerator had stains and spills on shelves and door shelves. The Maintance Person very apologetic and respectful

Me encantó la vista que tiene de la ciudad de tijuana desde el balcon ,la accesibilidad y la atención fue algo muy agradable, lo recomiendo mucho para pasar un buen fin de semana o una estancia larga ya que tienen una cocina completa y comedor dentro del mismo departamento.

En general fue una muy buena experiencia el alojamiento cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estancia, pude prepararme un buen desayuno en la cocina del departamento. La propiedad es muy segura y el estacionamiento también con gusto volveré nuevamente.

No funcionaba apropiadamente el internet ,el agua de la regadera sale muy caliente y es difícil madiarla con la fría porque se apaga la caliente y sale fría y se encontraron algunas cucarachas en la propiedad.
