There were stains on the floor and walls, only one knife one spoke one fork and one teaspoon and the cups, plates hadn’t been washed and were sticky, plus there were no bowls just plates! "Lily pad could be wonderful. Its setting is beautiful. I was really looking forward to staying. However the lodge is damp and the heating is wholly inadequate, the macerator in the shower room had leaked under the laminate floor and was still leaking on my arrival.The property was a health hazard. It stank and the noise of the macerator and vent was horribly noisy. Paymán expected me to stay let a handyman try and fixit.he was due to get to me in an hour. I had arrived at 5:40 at 6:50they...

Great value, great service

"We arrived after dark for a one night stay so can’t really comment on the view. Reception was good, room very comfortable and clean. Nice shower. Good choices at breakfast with some healthy options. The EV chargers were not working which was a real nuisance but they are separate to the hotel and the only help they could provide was to tell us where there was another charger nearby. But not their fault! Excellent value and great for a one or two night stay"
