"This is a tough review to write. A mix of good and bad. We didn't get off to a great start. We and 2 other couples arrived by ferry. walked to the property, and then waited about 40 mins to check in and weren't offered air conditioned room or a cold drink while we waited. the owner had something else (private) he needed to do, and it didn't occur to him to leave keys or instructions for us. Once we eventually checked in, he tried hard to be helpful. One of the reasons we booked was...

"Our one bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, and Yiannis and Katerina were welcoming hosts. The property's location can't be beat....very near the ferry, gorgeous sea views, steps from restaurants and groceries. We loved that Tilos isn't very touristy and provides wonderful places to explore...and goats! Our time there was so relaxing, and we hope to return some day."

"Stayed for 2 weeks, great views from up the steps and hill from the harbour square. We were met at the ferry and taken on a little town tour up to the studios, Livadia is lovely little town with a selection of good tavernas and a stony beach. The studios are comfy and quiet apart from some noisy air conditioning units outside causing some disturbance at night. Typical Greek studios and usual hospitality."

"It could be home away from home. Very spacious rooms, peaceful location and friendly staff. Perfectly equiped kitchen. It has a great backyard for kids, a restaurant and a mini market. The beach is 2 minutes away on foot."

"It would be hard to find a similar property that offers space and solitude on Tilos. There is so much to love about Tilos and Stefanakis villas makes a great base to enjoy the Island. Be aware there is a very steep hill leading to the apartments but as a car is provided this does not need to be a problem if mobility is an issue. Communication with Stefanakis was dreadful. Several emails were sent prior to our trip, including through the booking page of their website. To date, a period of three...

"We had a wonderful stay at Tilos Fantasy apartments. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and spacious with a lovely view from the balcony. Our host Nicholas was most helpful and friendly and went out of his way to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed our Greek coffee under the big tree one evening - thank you!"
